[CORPORATE OPEN LETTER]

To the Company it May Concern

Dear Board Members,

Eyelegal, a civil society initiative dedicated to environmental conservation, sustainability, and human rights, is organizing a series of private side events during the UN COP 30 in Belém, Pará State, Brazil, in 2025.

We extend an invitation to your company for a greater engagement in the Latin American economy. We encourage you to bring your innovative and sustainable ideas to our convention in Belém, which will take place from November 11th to 20th, 2025.

This event will offer a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss strategies for protecting the environment and promoting human rights. Additionally, there will be numerous opportunities to explore worldwide collaboration in various fields, including communication and media to enhance your country’s tourism appeal, cultural exchanges through our media industries, and identifying industrial synergies across many sectors such as defense, oil and gas, technology, communications, construction, transportation, and much more.

At Eyelegal, we prioritize simplicity and informality in our approach. Unlike other organizations, we do not have an international directorate. Instead, each country has its own native team that establishes a local organization aligned with our goals. These teams collaborate within a global network, sharing resources and contacts to address issues worldwide.

We respect the autonomy of each nation and do not interfere in their internal affairs. We rely on citizens to bring forward the issues they want addressed. Our decisions are driven by the voices of ordinary people, supported by our global network. Importantly, our work is entirely non-commercial to individuals—there are no fees involved.

Legally representing your company's interests in South America and facilitating partnerships that would mutually benefit both parties is something we are prepared to do, if necessary. Our aim in promoting sustainable economic development is to maintain the non-profit activities of our organization to protect the Amazon rainforest and defend human rights.

If you find this proposal aligns with the interests of your company, we kindly ask you to share this invitation with relevant parties. Interested parties can contact us through our website at www.eyelegal.tk, and e-mail: eyelegal@mail.ru.

Sincerely,

Eyelegal Team
Global Network for Civil Rights
Membership is open to citizens worldwide

Luiz Florentino's Perspective on COP 30 and Eyelegal's Parallel Event Organization

COP 30, which will take place in Belém, Brazil, in 2025, will be one of the most crucial events in the fight against climate change, bringing together global leaders, international organizations, and increasingly, companies committed to sustainability. Alongside government negotiations, companies will play a key role by presenting innovative solutions to mitigate carbon emissions and promote a more sustainable future. In this context, Eyelegal, as the organizer of the main parallel business event, will stand out by gathering corporations and initiatives dedicated to sustainability.

COP 30 and the Role of Companies

COP 30 in Belém will be particularly significant due to its location in the Amazon region, the planet's largest green lung and a global symbol of environmental preservation efforts. Beyond diplomatic discussions, companies will have a unique opportunity to engage directly by presenting concrete and dynamic projects aimed at:

  1. Reducing Carbon Emissions: Innovative technologies and energy efficiency solutions that allow for direct reductions in emissions across industrial, agricultural, and transportation sectors.

  2. Renewable Energy Development: Projects focused on the use and expansion of clean energy sources such as solar, wind, and biofuels, with the goal of accelerating the global energy transition.

  3. Circular Economy and Sustainable Innovation: Initiatives that promote material reuse, waste reduction, and the development of more sustainable production processes, fostering an ecological value chain.

  4. Sustainable Financing: Innovative climate financing proposals involving private and public investors to accelerate the implementation of green projects worldwide.

Eyelegal: Leading the Organization of the Parallel Business Event

Eyelegal, the organizer of the parallel business event, will play a central role in structuring a forum where companies from different sectors can showcase their technological and legal innovations aimed at sustainability. This parallel business event will be a space for corporations to:

  1. Present Their Climate Solutions: Companies from various sectors – from technology to heavy industry – will demonstrate how they are utilizing innovations to reduce carbon emissions and develop more environmentally efficient processes.

  2. Share Best Practices: With Eyelegal facilitating the event, there will be a strong focus on environmental compliance and legal solutions that help companies operate within international regulatory parameters, including adherence to increasingly stringent climate agreements and environmental standards.

  3. Establish Partnerships: The event, coordinated by Eyelegal, will also serve as a platform for companies to form strategic partnerships, both with other corporations and with governments and non-governmental organizations, maximizing the impact of their climate solutions.

Dynamic and Highly Efficient Projects

The projects presented during the parallel business event organized by Eyelegal will highlight companies' ability to creatively and efficiently respond to the global challenge of mitigating carbon emissions. Key areas of focus include:

  1. Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Technologies: Solutions that capture carbon dioxide directly from the atmosphere or during industrial processes and store it securely to prevent its release.

  2. Carbon Monitoring and Management Platforms: Digital tools that allow companies to track their emissions in real-time and take immediate corrective actions to reduce their carbon footprint.

  3. Industrial Decarbonization: Innovative projects that transform how industrial sectors operate, using renewable energy and more efficient production processes, resulting in significant emission reductions.

  4. Sustainable Mobility Solutions: Innovations in the transportation of goods and people, such as electric vehicles and supporting infrastructure, that contribute directly to reducing emissions in the transport sector.

Global Impact and Visibility

By organizing this parallel business event, Eyelegal will not only facilitate the showcasing of innovative technologies and projects but also create an environment conducive to idea exchange and collaborative solution development. The participation of companies from different parts of the world will reinforce the private sector's commitment to global climate goals and demonstrate that innovation and corporate responsibility are essential in addressing the climate crisis.

This parallel event at COP 30 will be a global platform for visibility for projects that could transform how the world addresses carbon emissions, with Eyelegal leading the forefront of this transition to a more sustainable future.

At COP 30 in Belém, in addition to diplomatic negotiations, global representatives will have the opportunity to learn about innovative projects created and managed by private sector companies that have been developing dynamic and highly efficient solutions to mitigate carbon emissions. These parallel events organized by Eyelegal will serve as a platform for the business sector to showcase its potential and leadership in sustainability.

Unique Opportunity for Brazilian Companies

COP 30 represents a turning point for Brazilian companies, which will finally have the chance to present their innovations on a global stage. Key areas of focus include:

  1. Bioenergy and Renewable Energy Technologies: Brazilian companies have been leading the development of biofuels and solar energy solutions, but these innovations are often more recognized abroad. At COP 30, they will have the opportunity to present their projects to a global audience, demonstrating their large-scale efficiency.

  2. Sustainable Agrotechnology: As one of the world’s largest agricultural producers, Brazil has developed technologies that combine agricultural production with sustainable practices, reducing carbon emissions and promoting low-impact agriculture. These projects, previously showcased at European forums, will finally gain visibility in Brazil.

  3. Carbon Capture and Reforestation Technologies: The Brazilian private sector has also advanced in reforestation and carbon capture technologies, vital solutions for Amazon conservation and climate change mitigation.

Global Exposure Moment

The parallel event organized by Eyelegal during COP 30 will be an essential platform for Brazilian companies to demonstrate their technical capacity and innovation to global leaders, investors, and policymakers. National companies that have already achieved recognition abroad will finally gain internal acknowledgment and show the world their commitment to sustainability and carbon emission reduction.

This will be an unprecedented opportunity to highlight Brazil’s potential and demonstrate that the country not only possesses vital natural resources for combating climate change but also develops and implements innovative solutions managed by national companies that can serve as a model for the rest of the world.

With Eyelegal’s business event, it will be the time for Brazilian companies to take the lead, showing that they have the tools and know-how necessary to drive the transition to a more sustainable and low-carbon future.
